Return Policy and Warranty Info
Though I strive to send out products of highest quality, sometimes the need arises to either return or exchange.
If the item is defective, I will work to resolve the matter--usually by offering to repair or offer another item equal to what was purchased.
Returns will be accepted up to 2 weeks after purchase when items are unwashed and unused. Buyer will pay for shipping back to me. The original purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to buyer when I receive the item back.
Due to demand, instock items purchased from hyena cart cannot be exchanged. I will offer a refund if item is in unworn and unwashed condition for up to 2 weeks after purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
I will warranty snaps and fabrics for the original owner only for 30 days from date of purchase. If you are not the original owner or it is past the 30 day period, I will do repairs on a case by case basis for a fee.
Please keep in mind that cloth diapering items are subjected to quite a bit. They can and will break down after prolonged use--exposure to urine, detergents (even natural ones), drying, agitation, etc. will all contribute to wear and tear on fabrics and elastic and are not warranted as those are beyond my control.
Please note that dark/vibrant colored diapers *may* bleed. I do try and wash these fabrics several times to prevent this but I cannot guarantee it. Please use common sense and special care when washing these diapers. I cannot be responsible for a red diaper turning all your white diapers pink. Please be prepared to wash the dark colors separately, just as you would your regular household laundry. :)
